The Eat What You Want app by Level Up Fitness allows you to create a meal plan specifically tailored to your body quickly and easily, with no complex computations required.  We do all of that for you!

Our app allows you to easily create meal plans tailored specifically to your bioemetrics.  We will calculate precise amounts of foods to meet your individual calorie and macro requirements. Meal plans can also be customized, even allowing cheat meals, or your favorite snack, while still retaining overall calorie and macro target accuracy!

CHEAT MEALS & SNACKS

Use our portion lock feature to have a cheat meal or eat your favorite snacks. We will tailor your meal plan around these items in order to exactly meet your calories and macros.

RECIPE CREATION

We provide the ability to enter your own recipes.  Make your favorite recipes as you usually do, enter them into our app, and we will simply tell you what portion to have in your own meal plan!

EXTENSIVE FOOD DATABASE

We have a comprehensive database of over 400,000 commonly used food and beverage items.  And if we don't have the item you are looking for, you can always enter it yourself in order to add it to your meal plan!

BARCODE SCANNER

​With a Premium subscription you can use the barcode scanning feature to quickly scan your favorite food items and easily add them to your meal plan!

GROCERY LIST
